Terms of Service

All images are property of Hill and Hill Photography, LLC (owner). Any unlawful copying and/or distribution of copyright images will be reported.

-All payments for sale or service must be made before final images are delivered, digitally or printed.

-Print services will be chosen by owner unless otherwise requested and must be approved by owner.

-All digital sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Returns are available for prints and products sold by owner before a period of 30 days. Return will be credited to client upon reception of print or product to owner. Print or product must of delivery date within the 30 day requirement to meet return obligations.
